These Terms and Conditions of Use (the ‘Terms of Use’) apply to the web site located at mrbishopart.com. The Site is the property of by Eric Bishop.

mrbishopart.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, mrbishopart.com grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Packages typically ship within 7 days from the date we receive the payment of the order.

If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date we receive the payment, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then mrbishopart.com is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. Products are shipped directly from Australia (the warehouse).

IMPORTANT – If a package is returned to the warehouse because the buyer did not claim the package, mrbishopart.com does not send replacements.

mrbishopart.com is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. mrbishopart.com has no control over this.

Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and mrbishopart.com has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Shipping & Delivery

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use WooCommerce to power our online store–you can read more about how WooCommerce uses your Personal Information here: https://woocommerce.com/gdpr/. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site — you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Return & Exchange Policy

Art & printed goods are final sale. Please note that limited release items that are damaged from transit may not be able to be replaced.

For apparel items, if the customer is not satisfied with the product they can send it back within 7 days after reception of the good(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging.

Please fill in the return & exchange form within 7 days after receiving the good(s) and wait for instructions via e-mail. After receiving instructions you have to return the goods within 2 days with tracking. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.

When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s) If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 3 months.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
